Saturday February 16th from 9am-1pm, New Lynn Community Centre

If you’re interested in applying for a stall head on over to the Stall Holder’s application page – stall space is limited so get in quick!

We’re very excited this year to offer our first ever workshop!

11.30 – 12.30: Free bookbinding workshop

learn single section pamphlet sewing. A practical, hands- on demonstration. This is a great, useful, easy to learn skill, that you can add to your repertoire if you’re into making zines, writing, poetry, journaling, self-publishing, feel like being creative or just want to have a go at something different.

Joe Horton is a qualified hand bookbinder, with over 15 years experience, with many of his creations winning industry accolades and awards for his employers. Some examples of his work are housed in the Auckland Libraries: Special Collections. He’s approachable, hands on, and enthusiastic about sharing his love and passion for bookbinding with others.
